Phase 1 - The four star development

Bang Tao Waterworld Phase 1 consists of three condominiums: Building A, Building B and Building C. All buildings are located around a big swimming pool, with a pool bar, slides and sun decks for the whole family to enjoy. The area also has its own breakfast restaurant and several shops.

This part of the Bang Tao Waterworld project will be similar to a four star project, with elegant and modern apartments of different layout and sizes.

Phase 2 - The three star development

Bang Tao Waterworld Phase 1 consists of three condominiums: Building D and Building E. The buildings will be located around the general swimming pool, and Building E will also have one restaurant with a view over the lake which is located in the middle of the project.

This part of the project will be similar to a three star project, all with modern interior. The apartments will be delivered fully furnished according to the high standard.

If you purchase an apartment like an investment and do not want to go through the hassle of renting it out yourself, you can choose to purchase it with our 10% rental guarantee. This means that after completion of construction you will get a guaranteed return of 10% per annum. The length of guaranteed return is set as 10 years.

10% Cash Back Option

Your apartments are selling fast, and our projects are often sold before that building is completed. We therefore offer our customers a 10% cash back option before and during construction, where customers that pay the full amount will get 10% of the purchase price yearly paid monthly until the completion of the project.

 

Buy Back Guarantee

In some of our projects we offer customers that buy in leasehold a buy back guarantee, which means that we guarantee to buy the apartment back from you for the same price as purchased after 10 or 20 years. This obligation is all our - we must buy, while you have an option to sell your apartment, or to keep.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Purchasing process for reservation and purchase of units

Buyer must pay a deposit of 50,000 THB to confirm the purchase

35% of the full purchase price is to be paid upon signing the contract

20% is to be paid when starting the piling

15% is to be paid when starting construction

20% is to be paid when starting the roof

The remaining 10% is to be paid upon completion

A one-time payment of 500 THB per sqm is to be paid for the Sinking Fund

A service fee of 57 THB per sqm is to be paid monthly
