If you purchase an apartment like an investment and do not want to go through the hassle of renting it out yourself, you can choose to purchase it with our 9% NET rental guarantee. This means that after completion of construction you will get a guaranteed return of 9% per year. The length of guaranteed return is your choice between 3 and 20 years.

10% Cash Back Option

Your apartments are selling fast, and our projects are often sold before that building is completed. We therefore offer our customers a 10% cash back option before and during construction, where customers that pay the full amount will get 10% of the purchase price yearly paid monthly until the completion of the project.

 

Buy Back Guarantee

In some of our projects we offer customers that buy in leasehold a buy back guarantee, which means that we guarantee to buy the apartment back from you for the same price as purchased after 10 or 20 years. This obligation is all our - we must buy, while you have an option to sell your apartment, or to keep.

Bang Tao Waterworld Investment Options

PHASE 1

Bang Tao Waterworld project is built in phases. This is to ensure a fast construction period and for our customers to be able to move into their purchased unit as soon as possible. Phase-1 project consist of a total of three condominium buildings, with two more condominiums following shortly, all located around the main swimming pool which makes up the heart of our project.

The buildings are all 7-stories with a warm and inviting interior. The area also has its own restaurant, shops, massages and a bar area for the whole family to have a cooling drink or a light meal while relaxing in the sun.

Phase-1 also has a fish dam with boat activities and consists of three condominium buildings. The buildings are high quality with the water world theme running through them with their orange and blue colors.

Building A will have a restaurant and bar located at the ground floor, as well as six shops. This will later be rented out as retail spaces with mini marts, massage outlets and more. The seventh floor is dedicated to bigger and more luxurious units.

Building B will have one office, one shop and long area at the ground floor. Further, the project will become a part of the Waterworld with the swimming pool running through the actual building!

Building C will be similar to the first two buildings in the layout and style of the units.
